The fan for the cooling of the engine has two ball bearings. These are worn out after 40 years. The bearings can be replaced and with that it turns nicely quiet again.
One bearing is a special lower which is expensive to purchase. We have made a special ring for this so that you can perform the repair with standard bearings and this ring. Only 1 ring is needed with the replacement. Make sure the ring is mounted on the outside.
