If you hear a screaming sound under your 924/944/968/928 come from, then the Torque Tube Lagers may be worn out.

A torque tube has 3 or 4 bearings that are worn out after the many kilometers in 40 years.
After replacing these bearings, the ashes are quiet again and you can enjoy your Porsche more.
Our preference and also that of many customers is to overhaul your own Torque Tube instead of working with an exchange system. This costs us a day lead time.
Expansion Torque Tube
To develop the Torque Tube, the exhaust, gearbox, clutch and the entire rear axle must be expanded. It usually costs and install 10 to 14 hours of work. This depends on how stuck everything is. With a lot of rust it becomes difficult to get the bolts loose. We can of course also do this for you.

Well I have good news for you, the rear axle can stay. The Transaxle tube can simply stay under your car.
We have developed a method and tools with which we can replace the bearings of the Transaxle without getting the Transaxle from under the car.
An additional advantage is that the car does not have to be extra aligned, because the wheel suspension has not changed.
It is still a lot of work, but it is now much easier and the risk that it will not work is almost zero. Disassembling a rear axle has the risk of failure.
We now have so much experience with this repair that we can even make a fixed price for it, an incredibly low price compared to the conventional method.
So not 2500 euros, but Only 1599 euros incl VAT. This price applies to the 944, 944S, 944S2, 924S, 924.
Revis Torque Tube
For overhaul, special tools and knowledge are needed to properly de and mount the axis. For this we made a special setup with a press. Some people think it is possible with a hammer.
In addition, we have used torque tubes in stock if your torque tube can no longer be overhauled. This can happen if damage has been caused to the ashes.
